One of the main obstacles was the lack of detailed information about the specific skills of its team members, making it difficult to assess their ability to take on specific projects.
In this context, our team developed TalentHub, a centralized web platform designed to manage and track employees' skills and knowledge. The primary goal of the project was to provide a tool that allows users to upload, update, and query information about employee capabilities, extracted from resumes and other relevant sources.
