Raes is a real estate franchise chain that originated in Santa Fe Capital, Argentina. It is currently expanding across the country and has plans to enter international markets soon.
As part of a modernization process, the company decided to upgrade its public website, which receives thousands of daily visits, to provide greater stability, scalability, and enhanced technology.
The main challenge we addressed compared to the previous version of the application was achieving seamless integration with their internal CRM. Reas uses a CRM also developed by Diveria, which manages the property lifecycle. When a real estate agent takes on a property for sale, the first step is to register it in the CRM. With the implementation of the new website, we enabled these properties to be published seamlessly on the public website, managing the entire process from the CRM and integrating the two systems via APIs.
From the public's perspective, the website allows for easy, fully geo-located property searches with a wide range of filters.
This development also allows Reas to expand easily into new locations without additional development work as they gradually grow their network.
